These are the terms for using resumatch, run by David Centeno Pedrido (individual, Spain). Using the site means you agree to them. Questions: privacy@tryresumatch.app.
resumatch reads a CV you upload and a job description you paste in, and produces a tailored version of your CV plus an analysis of strengths, weaknesses, and gaps against that job.
Our hard rule: the tailored CV only selects, reorders, and lightly rewords what’s already in your original CV. It’s built not to invent employers, titles, dates, numbers, or skills you didn’t already list.
That said, this is an AI-generated document. Mistakes are possible, and you should always read the result carefully and correct anything before sending it to an employer — you’re responsible for what you ultimately submit.
Prices are shown flat, with no separate VAT breakdown at this time.
Under EU consumer law, the usual 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase ends once you start using what you bought — in practice, once a credit from a pack has been spent, that pack is no longer refundable. If you bought a pack and haven’t used any of it yet, email privacy@tryresumatch.app within 14 days of the purchase and it’ll be refunded.
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login credentials to yourself and for the accuracy of the email you sign up with. One CV can be saved per account at a time — uploading a new one replaces the last.
Please don’t use resumatch to:
We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts that violate this.
You own your CV and whatever you upload. Using resumatch only grants us the limited right to process it — send it to our AI provider, generate the tailored version, store it as described in the privacy policy — solely to provide the service back to you. We don’t claim any ownership over your CV or the tailored result, and we don’t use your content for anything beyond generating your own output.
resumatch is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will improve your chances of getting an interview or a job — it’s a drafting tool, not a promise of outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, including decisions made based on the strengths/weaknesses analysis it produces.
You can stop using resumatch, or ask us to delete your account and data, at any time by emailing privacy@tryresumatch.app. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate the acceptable-use rules above.
If these terms change meaningfully, the “last updated” date above will change and, where reasonable, we’ll flag it on the site.
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute not resolved informally will fall under the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under EU or local law.
